PASTEL STRIPES

I made this hat from bits and pieces of yarn.  It is made for a small child and the colors are very cheer-y.  The yarn is soft to the touch and the extra layer of knit yarn at the ears will keep the young wearer very snuggly warm even in chilly late Spring.

LITTLE FLUFFER

The speckled yarn that I used to knit this hat is so soft it will make any child happy while wearing it.  I combined the very thin decorative yarn with a thicker gold colored yarn to give the hat some warmth and stability.  Oh, how soft and comfy!

BUTTERCUP

Just in time for Spring.  This bright yellow knit hat is lightweight, yet, just warm enough to stave off the morning chill.  Who can resist this colorful charmer?

Here's a two tone green hat knit with stripes in the band and tweed on top.  Another thick one which will meet the warmth requirement.  Sporty, too.

I like the looks of this little red and white knit hat.  The mixture creates a tweedy look and the extra thick band will keep those little ears warm.  It's very soft, too.

I have a lot of green yarn and I have been thinking up different ways to use it.  This hat has a thin white yarn woven into the head band and it gives the hat a tweedy look.  Extra thickness at the ears will keep a child's head warm.  It's comfy, too.
